Preparing You for Success
To support new graduate clinicians, Children’s helps bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice through training and resources like our Respiratory Therapy Residency Program. Additionally, experienced clinicians transitioning to pediatrics will receive hands-on training, specialty-specific education and other tools to help them find success in their new role.
Supporting Your DevelopmentWe encourage learning and support your continued development by offering educational assistance and a dedicated Career Center, which offers one-on-one sessions with certified career coaches.
