We have a variety of opportunities in inpatient and outpatient settings that provide you with the opportunity to build your skills and experience and explore new areas of interest as your career goals change. Depending on the role, we may offer: 
  • Full-time, part-time and PRN positions.
  • Day, evening and weekend shifts.
  • Weekend shift differential.

Preparing You for Success
To support new graduate clinicians, Children’s helps bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice through training and resources like our Respiratory Therapy Residency Program. Additionally, experienced clinicians transitioning to pediatrics will receive hands-on training, specialty-specific education and other tools to help them find success in their new role.
Supporting Your Development
We encourage learning and support your continued development by offering on-site simulation labs for ongoing training and education, educational assistance, professional development courses and a dedicated Career Center, which offers one-on-one sessions with certified career coaches.
Building a Collaborative Culture
Our team holds monthly multidisciplinary forums, where you’ll get insight from fellow clinical caregivers on how to navigate the social and emotional challenges associated with patient care. We also offer preceptor, mentor and peer-to-peer support programs.
