More than 100 Years of Pediatric Care Our not-for-profit healthcare system has come a long way since it opened its doors over 100 years ago. It has been transformed again and again, each time with the sole purpose of meeting the changing needs of kids in our growing community. Today, Children's is one of the largest pediatric clinical care providers in the country. With the opening of our new North Druid Hills campus, we are transforming once again, ushering in the next chapter in Children's extraordinary legacy.
