Transition to Pediatrics To support new graduate clinicians, Children’s helps bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice through training and resources. Additionally, experienced clinicians transitioning to pediatrics will receive hands-on training, specialty-specific education and other tools to help them find success in their new role.
