Transition to Pediatrics To support new graduate nurses, Children’s created a Nurse Residency Program tailored specifically to help bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice. Additionally, experienced nurses transitioning to pediatrics will receive hands-on training, specialty-specific education and other tools to help them find success in their new role.
