How We Hire

Searching and applying for a job at Children’s is easy. But finding the right candidate to fill every open position can take time. Here’s how our recruiting process works.​​​​​​​

Create your candidate profile, and submit an application online. You will get a confirmation via email notifying you that your application was received.
volunteering hours
A Children’s recruiter will review your skills and experience. If you are qualified and are selected to move on to the next step, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a screening interview. If you are not selected for the role, we will notify you and encourage you to join our Talent Community to hear about future opportunities.

Should the hiring manager decide to move ahead with an in-person interview, a member of our recruiting team will reach out to schedule this next step. Candidates applying for a clinical role may be asked to shadow an employee as part of the interview process.

If you are selected for the job, you will receive a verbal offer. When you accept, you will get a formal offer letter and our hiring team will initiate the onboarding process.
