Children's MomForce

Children's knows it can be difficult for parents to re-enter the workforce after taking an extended leave from their careers to raise their kids. That’s why we created MomForce—a program that helps talented, motivated parents return to the workforce and gain valuable connections and experience.  

There are two MomForce sessions per year, one in the spring and one in the fall, and each session lasts 12 weeks. Each session, we look for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree, been out of the workforce for 3+ consecutive years, the ability to work on-site 20 hours per week in a non-clinical area and have a minimum of five years of professional work experience.
