JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a data-driven strategic problem-solver to join our Strategy team, specifically focusing on patient access improvement initiatives  at Children’s. Our team is focusing specifically on increasing the availability of appointments and improving convenience for our patients and parents through process optimization. Starting on the outpatient side with Children’s Physician’s Group (CPG) practices, we’re working to improve key access metrics, including, but not limited to how quickly we schedule patients, and how quickly our physicians are able to see them.

In this role, you’ll channel analytical problem-solving skills, while also working towards a mission of helping children get the care that they need. You’ll build relationships across the system, and have regular opportunities to highlight the work to system, physician and practice leadership. You’ll be joining a team of ~10 people focusing on access improvement, but will also be member of the broader Strategic and Financial Planning Department, consisting of around 25 people.
