Recruiting Analyst Intern (Summer 2021)

JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Analyst Intern will provide support to the Children’s Recruiting Team as they focus on three major workstreams: preparing for the transition to Children’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, improving the candidate experience, and refreshing the team’s internal training materials.

Progression toward an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources or Data Analytics preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Provide hands-on support for establishing templates and reporting requirements in anticipation of going live with Children’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Analyze current processes related to the candidate experience to find opportunities for improvement to position Children’s to participate in the CandE Awards, which recognizes companies with the highest positive candidate ratings in benchmark research
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Managers to produce job aids and training presentations for various functions within Recruiting

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES*

Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.

 

Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
