EDUCATION
•Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field
CERTIFICATION SUMMARY

EXPERIENCE*
•1 year of experience in coordinating small or departmental projects
•1 year of experience in a professional working environment
•Marcus Autism Center - 5 years of work experience, at least 3 of which are in project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*
•Experience in the healthcare industry
•Master’s degree in related field, ex: Business Administration, Health Administration, or Science

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
1.Creates, manages, and executes project scope, schedule, resources, and change management initiatives.
2.Communicates and documents project plan, status updates, business goals, and governance plan to team and stakeholders.
3.Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
4.Collaborates with specialists both inside and outside the organization with assigned tasks to deliver subject matter expert activities.
5.Ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget.
6.Marcus Autism Center 1.Develops, recommends, and implements action plans, oversees project teams, and/or performs other project management duties to ensure successful completion of assigned projects within specified time frames.
2.Identifies, develops, and leads key initiatives related to quality, sustainability, patient/family experience, operations, clinical pilots and expansion activities.
3.Analyzes/interprets data, processes, and systems related to assigned projects.
4.Provides high-level consultative, technical, and strategic support to Marcus leadership regarding Marcus goals and initiatives.
5.Works collaboratively with Marcus and system resources.
SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES*
Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.
Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
