JOB SUMMARY
The digital marketing coordinator will support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the development of email marketing, lead generation and nurturing strategies for consumer and physician audiences. Ideal candidate has strong strategic marketing skills and experience organizing, managing, and thoughtfully executing email marketing campaigns. The digital marketing coordinator will also develop html emails within our email platforms and will be responsible for analyzing email performance. In addition, the role will be responsible for updates to web platforms via our CMS. A strong attention to detail, ability to think critically, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines is required.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge

EXPERIENCE*
- 3 - 5 year of experience in marketing or advertising with focus on building and executing email marketing campaigns
- Experience working within marketing automation platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*
- General knowledge of HTML
- Experience with working in a CMS, preferably Sitecore
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platform

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Work with Digital Manager to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies and execute those strategies within our marketing automation platform
- Utilize knowledge of email marketing analytics and campaign tracking to provide actionable insights that inform digital strategies
- As needed, assists digital team with managing content updates for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta public websites and other digital platforms
- Maintains accuracy and timeliness of website information on a day-to-day basis.
- Manages digital marketing projects while working collaboratively with various departments throughout the system as well as external vendors.
SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES*
Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.
Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
